Meeting minutes from Misl Fresno's Council Meeting on March 15th are below. Thank you to all those that attended the Kerman Camp, we will be posting pictures soon!

Call to Order: 6:20 PM
Members Present: All but Jasdeep, absence was communicated.
Main focus:
- Selma Nagar Kirtan (April 14th)
- Jovan will be conacting someone from the Gurudwara to get a SECURE location for a table
- Council members will be at booth while Misl Volunteers will be flyering
- When Nagar Kirtan takes off, two council members will stay back, if need be, and the rest will join the Misl Volunteers
- IDEA: Team with Parminder (DJ) Have Jakara Banner, hand out water/flyers/bottles? (IDEAS???)
- Parminder approached Jovan with this idea
- Haneet will be backing display board with pictures
- Health Fair
- Make sure Ramnit is delegating responsibilities
- Our job as a council is to help advertise and also check up on them
- Melas
- We need to have a table at EVERY Mela
- Vaisakhi Mela is coming up, will be our test-run
- Supplies needed for Mela and Nagar Kirtan:

ú Flyers
- Also, if asked to talk on stage, who will do it and what will they say?!
- Keeping Stockton Nagar Kirtan on our radar, will assist Ikagar or anyone else planning with anything they need
