Jakara Movement is hosting a toy, book, and school supply drive in Sacramento. This project is created by two of our very own high school volunteers as a part of their senior project. The school supplies will go to St. Johns Women and Children Center and the books and toys will be donated to a school in Punjab. The two drop off locations are West Sacramento Gurdwara (2301 Evergreen Ave Sacramento Ca 95691) and Pell Drive Gurdwara (4600 Pell Drive Sacramento Ca 95838). Please donate any new or gently used toys and books. If you have any unused school supplies please donate those as well. We will be accepting donations up until Feb 10th.
