Kaur Voices is an evening of spoken word, songs, acts and art that give voice to silenced feminine narratives and bring light to issues of gender dynamics and roles within the Punjabi, Sikh community. This year, we will also be holding a pre-Kaur Voices writing workshop to encourage new writers and speakers.
We would be more than honored to be witness to your stories and journeys. Fill out the online form here to let your voice be heard and talents be seen! (If you are performing as a part of a group, please only submit one application. Please submit an application for artwork submitted to be showcased.)
Please keep visiting this page or the Facebook event for updates, and to get more information about the pre-event writing workshop.
Break the silence on issues we only whisper about.
