For every Lalkaar conference, things have to go exactly right and it requires enormous coordination from a large team. Most participants interact with their facilitators and spend most of their times in various groups, rarely thinking about all the pieces that make a successful conference.
They don't see staff sevadars like Jasmine doing the exhausting work of filling the buckets for drinks and keeping stocks high to serve nearly 150 participants.

Participants often don't know of the nearly 10 hours of training that each facilitator has undergone in preparation for the materials to be presented. They know even less of the nearly 30 by the team responsible for the facilitators.
They often don't see the registration team that has been answering emails, fielding calls, marketing, and making sure everything is perfect for the participants' arrivals.
No one is getting paid; all are volunteers. They do this out of their commitment to the cause and the organization. Give them a smile and tell them they're doing a great job!
